Our attorneys, Allen R. Hirons and Wayne A. Krause, draw on over 60 years of combined experience in deciding how best to help our clients. The two lawyers have been friends since attending Emory Law School together in the 1970s and partners for more than 20 years.
Attorney Hirons focuses on estate planning, wills, probate and estate administration, probate litigation, guardianships, adoptions, and real estate litigation. He has served his community on the Marietta City Council, as a member of the Cobb County Board of Elections and Registration, and as a Scout leader.
Attorney Krause focuses his practice primarily on personal injury, creditor rights, collections and business litigation. A dedicated student of the law, he has served as a judge in mock trial competitions and as a torts instructor at the American Institute for Paralegal Studies.
